RSDC LIMITED — Consultation booking terms
Version: 26 September 2026

Your booking

RSDC Limited, company number 16461910, provides administrative and document-support consultations. Our registered office and postal contact address is Flat 38 Bittacy Court, Bittacy Hill, London, England, NW7 1HY. Email info@rsdcimmigration.co.uk or call 07521 486 333 with booking questions, cancellations or complaints. Meetings at a physical location are by separate arrangement; the registered office is not a walk-in service.

An initial consultation lasts 20 minutes and costs £60 total. A full consultation lasts 60 minutes and costs £180 total, including a short written summary of practical next steps. Choose Microsoft Teams video or an outbound telephone call at the same price. The appointment date, time, time zone and selected format appear in your booking confirmation. We will agree the delivery timing of the written summary with you at the meeting and supply it within a reasonable time.

Payment is due in full through Stripe when you book through Calendly. Your booking contract is made when your paid booking is confirmed. These are one-off appointments, not subscriptions. Document preparation, application work, government fees and third-party charges are not included; additional work requires a separate agreement. These consultations do not include legal advice or an immigration eligibility assessment. They do not guarantee an application outcome.

Please contact us before booking if you need an interpreter or another adjustment, or are unsure whether the administrative-support meeting fits your needs. Do not put identity documents, bank details or detailed immigration histories in a booking form.

Free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice

All clients, including business clients, may cancel for a full refund or reschedule without charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice before the appointment's scheduled start. Rescheduling is subject to availability. A cancellation qualifying for this full refund will not have preparation costs deducted.

Consumers' statutory cancellation rights

If you book online as an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you normally have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the booking contract is made. If the final day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period extends to the next working day. You can cancel as soon as the contract is made.

These rights take priority over our 24-hour and late-cancellation arrangements. If you cancel within this period before any services have been supplied, you receive a full refund. A business booking does not acquire these statutory consumer rights solely through this policy, but our voluntary 24-hour full-refund and free-rescheduling promise applies to it.

If we fail to provide the required information about your statutory cancellation right, the cancellation period may be extended by up to 12 months. Providing the missing information during that extension normally starts a further 14-day period.

Appointments or work starting within the cancellation period

We must obtain your express request before starting any services, including agreed preparation, within your statutory cancellation period. Simply selecting an early appointment date does not remove your rights. If you do not request an early start, contact us so that we can arrange a date after the period ends; you can instead cancel under the rights above. We will not start early without your request.

If you expressly request an early start and later cancel during the cancellation period, you may have to pay an amount proportionate to the services actually supplied up to the point you tell us, provided we gave you the required cancellation and charging information. This is based on the total agreed price, or the market value of what was supplied if that total price is excessive. It is not a charge for an unused appointment slot. Our full-refund promise for cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice still applies where its conditions are met.

You do not bear the cost of services supplied during that period if you did not expressly request an early start or we did not give you the required information. Your statutory cancellation right ends on full performance during the period only if you requested early performance and acknowledged beforehand that the right would end once the service was fully performed. For the full consultation, full performance includes delivery of the promised written summary. Non-attendance alone does not mean the service has been fully performed.

Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance

Where your statutory rights do not require a different outcome, any amount retained will be limited to our reasonable direct loss caused by the cancellation or non-attendance, allowing for costs saved and reasonable efforts to refill the appointment. It will never exceed the booking price. We will explain how any deduction is calculated and refund the remaining balance. There is no automatic forfeiture of the full fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you are delayed, cannot connect or need to change your appointment.

If RSDC cancels

If we cancel your appointment, you may choose a full refund or an alternative appointment. You do not have to accept a credit or replacement appointment. Your other legal remedies are unaffected.

How to cancel

Use your booking cancellation link, email info@rsdcimmigration.co.uk, call 07521 486 333, or write to RSDC Limited, Flat 38 Bittacy Court, Bittacy Hill, London, England, NW7 1HY. Include your name and enough booking details for us to identify the appointment. Any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; the optional form below is not compulsory. To meet a statutory cancellation deadline, send your cancellation communication before the period expires. Keep a copy for your records.

Refunds and complaints

We will make refunds without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of your cancellation, subject to any lawful proportionate deduction explained above. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund administration or processing fee, or deduct Stripe's fees from a statutory full refund.

Contact info@rsdcimmigration.co.uk or 07521 486 333 if you disagree with a charge or have a concern about the service. Explain the issue and the outcome you seek so that we can investigate and respond. This policy does not exclude your rights concerning services supplied without reasonable care and skill, including any applicable right to repeat performance, a price reduction or other remedy.

We will provide a copy of the agreed booking terms and cancellation information in an email or attachment within a reasonable time after booking and before services start. Retain that copy with your booking confirmation. Our privacy notice explains how booking information is used: https://rsdcimmigration.co.uk/privacy/.
