YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, with
clear choices.

How this website and its contact options handle the information you choose to share.

Who is responsible?

RSDC Limited is the controller for enquiries received by the business. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16461910, at Flat 38 Bittacy Court, Bittacy Hill, London, England, NW7 1HY. For privacy questions or requests, email info@rsdcimmigration.co.uk or call 07521 486 333.

This notice covers this website and initial enquiries. Any additional information needed for an agreed client service will be explained during onboarding.

What you choose to share

The service form asks for a service and a short message. Name, email and phone fields are optional. Your reply details can come from the WhatsApp account or email address you use to send your request. There is no legal obligation to make an enquiry; without a message or a way to reply, we may be unable to help.

Please do not include identity documents, bank details, health information, detailed immigration histories or information about other people in an initial enquiry. This website does not offer document uploads.

How the contact options work

  • Before you continue: form entries stay in the page in your browser. The form does not save entries to a website database or send them to RSDC as you type.
  • WhatsApp: continuing passes your message draft to WhatsApp in a link. That service receives the draft and connection information when opened, even before you send it. RSDC receives your message and WhatsApp contact details when you send.
  • Email: opening a draft passes its contents to your chosen email app. RSDC receives your message and sender details when you send it.
  • Phone: calling shares the information you discuss and, where available, your caller number with RSDC.

Draft links may appear in your browser or app history. Use a short, non-sensitive outline. WhatsApp’s UK privacy notice and your email provider’s privacy notice explain their own processing.

Why we use enquiry information

We use enquiries to understand the requested support, reply and discuss a proposed service. When you ask about entering a contract personally, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. For general enquiries and business representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business correspondence.

Technical information needed to deliver and protect the website is processed for the legitimate interest of operating a secure, functioning service. This website does not add marketing subscriptions, advertising trackers or automated decisions about your eligibility for services.

Who receives information?

Enquiries are available to the RSDC personnel who handle them and the communication providers needed to deliver and store them. Website requests pass through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Serving and protecting a page can involve an IP address, requested address, browser information, timestamps and access or security records. Access to a private site may require an account sign-in. See the hosting platform’s privacy information.

Communication and hosting providers may process information outside the UK. The relevant arrangements depend on the provider and account used. Contact RSDC for details of the recipients and applicable transfer safeguards for information you have shared. Their own privacy notices also explain processing they carry out for their own purposes.

Optional live chat

On-site live chat is currently unavailable. No tawk.to connection is made by this website. You can contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.

How long information is kept

The website form creates no server-side enquiry record. Once sent, enquiries are held in the communication systems used. Retention is determined by whether the request is still being answered, whether it becomes an agreed engagement, and whether a specific legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires a record. Information should not be kept after these purposes end. Ask us for the retention information for your particular records.

Client files may need different periods, which will be explained for the agreed service. Hosting and communication providers also apply retention rules to their own security and service records.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information. Where consent applies, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact info@rsdcimmigration.co.uk; please do not email identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.

Your right to object: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Tell us which use of your information you object to.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
