A simple browsing experience
The website code serves its fonts, images and styles locally. It adds no analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps or social media feeds. Opening the WhatsApp panel does not contact WhatsApp; a connection starts only when you follow a WhatsApp link or continue with a draft.
Our enquiry forms do not save drafts in cookies or browser storage. The hosting platform and any required account sign-in can use storage necessary for access and security. Those platform features are separate from the optional chat described below. See the platform privacy information.
Live chat is your choice
Live chat is currently inactive, so this website does not load tawk.to or its cookies.
The tawk.to service is not contacted until you explicitly allow live chat. “Not now” leaves it blocked. Phone, email and WhatsApp remain available. Your choice is held in page memory, so a new page starts with chat blocked again.
After you allow chat, tawk.to may use the following technologies. These are the provider’s published descriptions; some names include the chat property’s identifier.

The provider also describes temporary browser-lock storage. Its current storage information explains these items.
Use “Turn off chat & reload” to stop the connection on this page and withdraw permission. Reloading clears unsent form drafts. The site attempts to remove accessible chat identifiers. Use your browser’s website-data controls to remove remaining storage, including storage on the provider’s domain. No chat script loads again without a new choice. Repeat this for any other tab where you allowed chat.
Turning chat off does not erase conversations already sent. For a request about those records, email info@rsdcimmigration.co.uk.
